We were immediately put in contact with Will Goolsby who handle the transition expeditiously and with great care. As the timing would have it, we were also in the middle of closing on a new house. Will was able to recreate a homeowner’s quote quickly and was even a bit less expensive than the other one. We were able to submit the new quote to our lender with no delays on the closing. He also recommended an umbrella policy since our limits qualified, which actually created even more of a discount on our auto policies. We are very satisfied with the way Will handled everything for us, and treated our account with the utmost care and professionalism. "Local office is always so friendly and helpful. However , the claims adjuster with property damage has been an absolute nightmare. Lisa mokwa rarely returns calls and I’m on the 3rd contractor because the 1st two they recommended fell short of professionalism and work ethic. I’m on my 3rd contractor and I refuse to go with their referrals and program. I found this contractor myself.
Car claims were smooth and great. My agent and his office are so wonderful and always professional and courteous. Home clam and Lisa mokwa have been a nightmare and a thorn in my side for the last 4 months."
