"Local office is always so friendly and helpful. However , the claims adjuster with property damage has been an absolute nightmare. Lisa mokwa rarely returns calls and I’m on the 3rd contractor because the 1st two they recommended fell short of professionalism and work ethic. I’m on my 3rd contractor and I refuse to go with their referrals and program. I found this contractor myself.
Car claims were smooth and great. My agent and his office are so wonderful and always professional and courteous. Home clam and Lisa mokwa have been a nightmare and a thorn in my side for the last 4 months."
